We have some new things going on ... an acoustic stage on the Mary Williams Pier where great local artists such as Djazz Celtica, Tom Dale, Bob Devereux and Clive Palmer will be performing.
We're working on a display of the Newlyn School of Art, a collaboration with Newlyn Art Gallery and the Newlyn Festival of Arts. The Newlyn Archive will be around Pete Goss's Spirit of Mystery to show where it all started from.
And ... we have top local chefs - Keir Meikle from the Navy Inn, Sanjay from the Greenbank Hotel and Andy Appleton from Fifteen Cornwall. Plus the regular mix of luggers, gigs, air-sea rescue display, open fishing boats, seafood cooking demos, arts and crafts, deli and catering stalls, charity stalls ... and conservation groups, children's entertainment, jazz and traditional music on the Festival Stage, Rick Stein and ... Bilbo the lifesaving dog. A great day out for anyone!

Exquisite Trove is a collection of mysterious objects from more than 100 artists merged with extraordinary artefacts on loan from Cornish museums. The cabinets of curiosities in Exquisite Trove inspire new narratives woven with folk and fairy tales. Exquisite Trove runs from 23rd July – 2nd October at Newlyn Art Gallery, open Monday- Saturday 10am – 5pm. Free admission.
